Argentinian Choripán

  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chile flakes
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • salt

  • 3 Argentinian chorizos
  • 3 pieces of bread
  • some potato chips

  • For the chimichurri: In a bowl, mix olive oil, parsley, chile flakes, oregano, red wine vinegar, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let rest for 20 minutes and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil, add Argentinian chorizo, and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
  • On a chopping board, cut open bread lengthwise and stuff with Argentinian chorizo and chimichurri.
  • Serve Argentinian choripán with potato chips on the side and paired with lager beer.
