  • 1/2 kilos skirt steak
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons granulated beef bouillon
  • 8 chalupas, cooked
  • 1 cup green salsa
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • some double cream cheese, crumbled
  • salt

  • In a pot, add skirt steak, half an onion, garlic, and beef bouillon cubes and cook until beef is tender.
  • Shred cooked skirt steak and set aside.
  • On a chopping board, chop remaining onion.
  • In a skillet, heat oil and fry chalupas. Spoon green salsa over.
  • Top chalupas with shredded skirt steak.
  • Serve chalupas with green salsa garnished with chopped onion and cheese.
