  • 1 kilo cow's feet
  • 1 kilo corn kernels, precooked
  • 1 onion
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1 head garlic

  • 4 cubes chicken bullion
  • fresh cilantro

  • In a pot with plenty of water, add cow’s feet.
  • On a chopping board, cut tripe into medium-sized cubes. Rinse corn kernels.
  • Cook cow’s feet for 15 minutes and add corn kernels.
  • Cook cow’s feet and corn kernels for 20 minutes. Add tripe and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add onion, garlic, serrano chile, salt, and chicken boullion mini cubes.
  • On a chopping board, cut onion and cilantro into small-sized cubes. Serve authentic menudo blanco with baguette slices.
